One of the "deep, dark secrets" about trading - stocks, forex, futures, options, WHATEVER - is that even the best trading method is completely USELESS unless...
-you have the discipline & mental ability to consistently "pull the trigger" and execute the method again & again without fail.
This is easier said than done... and if you've traded as long as I have, then you've experienced this firsthand.
But the real danger is that it's often the EGO of an individual that gets in the way of their trading success, ESPECIALLY the ego of amateurs. |

Well, I wanted to give you some quick insight into what I believe is the "right" and "wrong" way to use advisory services before you run off and join Forex Joe.
* The wrong way to use an advisory service is to blindly place trades based on its recommended alerts. Here's why: even if the track record is outstanding, if you don't understand what's going on, you have no control over your future if the advisory service ever goes away. |

FACT #1: I probably just lost 80% of you, because you already think you have discipline & psychology covered... besides, it's not "exciting" like some meaty trading method is...
FACT #2: If your eyes kind of glazed over when you saw the words, "discipline & psychology", then that's a surefire indication that you need MORE help in these areas that you'd probably like to admit. |
