Today I want to show you how I use a trading log during the day when I don't have time to stare at my computer all day.

I simply fill in my log, and calculate Oscar, whenever I get the chance.  I can then select the trade I want, when I want.  This video demonstrates how I do this.

The video takes about four minutes and also shows how we use a trailing stop to lock in a profit.
